How do I place an order with Bubster?
To place your order, select the product(s) and quantities you would like to purchase and add them to the shopping basket. You may view the items you have added to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart button. You can easily increase or decrease the quantities of a product and remove items before completing your order.
How do I place a wholesale order with Bubster?
We are working towards making some of our items available for wholesale purchase. If you are interested in learning more, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What payment methods are accepted at Bubster?
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments or Paypal which accepts a range of payment methods including payment from your credit card or debit card.
Is it safe to use my credit card at Bubster?
Yes, shopping at Bubster is safe. Bubster uses Shopify Payments or Paypal. Therefore your confidential information is automatically encrypted in-transit from your computer to ours. Please see our Privacy page for more information.
In any case where you suspect fraud, we advise you immediately contact your credit card provider. Bubster will never ask for your credit cards pin number during the checkout process.
I've made an order. What happens now?
Once your order has been received, you will receive email confirmation with your order/shipping details. Please see our Shipping page for approximate shipping times.
How do I know my order has been successfully processed?
Once your payment has been successful, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address with your order/shipping details. If you have not received a confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may have either incorrectly entered your email address or the confirmation email has been flagged as spam by your ISP and will be found in your SPAM mail folder. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any concerns.
How long does it take my order to arrive?
Orders will be processed within 2 business days (please allow for delays due to Victorian Public Holidays). Deliveries within Australia usually take 1-7 business days from dispatch depending on where your delivery address is located. Please visit our ‘Shipping’ page for further details.
If you are purchasing for a special event eg. Baby Shower, we ask for you to place your order at least 14 days prior the event to ensure timely arrival of your purchase to prepare for the event.
If you need your order by a certain date, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, address and date your order is needed. We will endeavour to prioritise your order and get back to you as soon as possible as to when you may expect your order to arrive.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. You may change your order if your order hasn’t been processed. Once your order has been processed, you are unable to change or cancel the order. Please refer to our ‘Returns’ page for further information on this.
What happens when I order a pre-order item?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in stock yet. We often open pre-orders for popular items that sell out quickly. This also guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock. If your order consists of a pre-order item, the whole order will be processed and dispatched once the pre-order item is available as the postage may not be able to cover two separate orders. In some cases where higher postage has been paid and we are able to split the order we will send all available items out first and send the pre-order separately once it comes available.
How do I use a promotional or discount code?
A promotional or discount code can be entered in the bottom of the checkout page. Click the Apply Coupon button to apply the discount onto your order and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Please note that promotional/ discount codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Can I buy a Bubster Gift Card?
Can't decide what to get for that Bubster or family that seems to have everything? A Bubster Gift Card is the perfect gift idea! Bubster Gift Cards are available to purchase in the following values $20, $50, $100, $150, $200. If you require a customised amount please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
These gift cards can be used within the twelve months from the date of issue. Any unused amount after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited. Please visit our 'Gift Cards' section for more information.
How do I keep up to date with promotions and updates on Bubster products?
The best way to avoid missing out on special events and promotions at Bubster is to sign up to our mailing list located on our homepage. You can also keep up to date by following our Instagram and Facebook accounts.
The product I want is showing as 'out of stock'. How will I know when it is available again?
We work hard at ensuring adequate numbers of products are available by projecting sales, identifying trends and ordering products accordingly. However, from time to time, we may run out of stock. In this event, please email us on email@example.com to find out when this will be restocked. In most cases, products will be restocked within a few short weeks.
