Can I refund or exchange my order if I change my mind?
As hygiene is important for children's products, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on products or gift cards, so please choose carefully. We have curated a collection that we love and hope you love this too! As you’ll notice on many product descriptions that most of our products are either hand made or hand assembled – please understand that there may be individual variation with finish and detail.
Can I return my order if my products are faulty, damaged or incorrect?
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt quoting your order number, name, address, photos and detailed description regarding your complaint. Once we have assessed the complaint to be true, we will gladly process your return. We will refund in full (inclusive of return shipping) within 7 days of assessment of the complaint.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns (including faulty, damaged or incorrect products) after 7 days of receipt.
