We will only refund in the case of a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. If you believe your item to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt - quoting your order number, name, address, photos and detailed description regarding your complaint. Once we have assessed the complaint to be true, we will process your return. We will refund in full (inclusive of return shipping) within 7 days of assessment of the complaint.
